I paid on the ferry why are you charging me again?

In rare cases, the purchased ferry ticket is not registered correctly.

Please contact the Epass24 support via email and include the following with in your request:

 

  1. A copy of the receipt and the electronical ticket/E-ticket that you receievd via E-mail at the time of your purchase.

2. Alternatively if you paid on board for your ferry ticket, we require the receipt and the credit card number (1234XXXXX7890 – first and last 4 digits/name of the account holder with which the payment was made with).

  1. Time & Date for the passages you are objecting for.Once the above information is received, we will review your matter with the ferry companies.
Previous I have received an invoice from Epass24, even though I had a valid toll tag.
